Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026 | 77th Junction
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms apply when you access or use 77th Junction (77thjunction.app). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your country and provide accurate account information.
2. What the service provides
77th Junction helps you upload or connect projects, run builds, publish deployments, review logs, connect domains, use team workspaces where included, and participate in the public community board. Features, limits, and retained deployment history depend on your plan.
3. Your account and workspace
- Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Workspace owners are responsible for invitations, assigned roles, and the actions of their teammates.
- Editors can change and deploy shared projects. Viewers receive read-only workspace access.
- You are responsible for reviewing deployments, logs, environment variables, and domain settings before sharing a site.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, phishing pages, illegal material, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not attack, scan, overload, bypass limits, or interfere with the platform or another user's deployment.
- Do not use deployments or community posts for spam, harassment, impersonation, or disclosure of private credentials.
- Do not resell or misrepresent the platform without written authorization.
5. Your content and public posts
You retain ownership of your projects. You grant 77th Junction the limited permission needed to receive, build, store, host, and transmit the content you choose to deploy. Community issues and replies are public: post only information you want others to read and reuse as part of the discussion.
6. Plans, payments, and limits
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through the checkout provider shown at purchase. Current plan limits are displayed in checkout and account settings. If a limit is reached, you may need to remove content, wait for a usage period to reset, or upgrade. Subscription fees are billed according to the checkout terms accepted at purchase.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but builds, hosting, email, authentication, DNS, and payment workflows depend partly on third-party services and the internet. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features or limits as the platform develops and will communicate material changes where appropriate.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may remove prohibited public content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or harm the service. Suspending an account may take its deployments offline.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. You remain responsible for backups and for deciding whether the platform is suitable for your use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 77th Junction is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
