1. Overview
This policy explains how 77th Junction (77thjunction.app) handles information when you browse the site, create an account, deploy projects, purchase a plan, join a workspace, or use the public community board.
2. Information we process
- Account and profile data: name, email address, authentication identifier, and any profile details you provide.
- Workspace data: invitations, member roles, and the email address used to accept an invitation.
- Project data: project metadata, uploaded archives, extracted source files, build output, logs, retained releases, deployment URLs, domains, and settings you submit.
- Billing data: plan, purchase status, subscription identifiers, and transaction records. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as full card or account details by us.
- Operational data: page visits, timestamps, request logs, error details, usage counters, and security-relevant events.
- Public content: community issue titles, descriptions, replies, display names, and timestamps.
3. How we use information
- Operate authentication, deployments, domains, team workspaces, billing, support, and community discussions.
- Show logs, diagnose failures, enforce plan limits, and protect the service against misuse.
- Send transactional emails such as account, security, workspace invitation, and support messages.
- Measure reliability and improve product usability.
- Respond to lawful requests and enforce our Terms.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate the platform, including Firebase for identity and database functions, Railway for API hosting and deployment storage, Netlify for the public web application, PayPal for enabled billing flows, and Zoho for transactional email. Each provider processes information according to its role and terms.
5. Public information
Deployed sites are public when you publish them. Community issues and replies are also public and may be indexed by search engines or read by AI tools. Do not post secrets, private keys, passwords, personal data you do not want public, or confidential source code.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Deployment history is retained according to plan limits. You may request account deletion at privacy@77thjunction.app; some records may be retained where required for billing, security, or legal reasons.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to certain processing, or request deletion of personal information. Send a verified request to privacy@77thjunction.app. You can also remove projects, leave a workspace through its owner, and avoid posting content publicly.
8. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@77thjunction.app.
